Triple-E needed some assistance so that they could move the development of their dashboard for their largest and most prestigious motorhome, to completion.

They developed most of the exterior shape, hand-carved in foam by their skilled and creative mold-making personnel.  However, they were unable to move beyond a certain point as it became labour-intensive to create multiple shapes to test for aesthetics, which would incur prohibitive cost.  So, we were introduced to the project to advance them beyond this point and derive a finished shape.

We deemed it necessary to transform the physical hand-carved foam model into a 3D-scan file so that we can work on it within a digital environment using sophisticated 3D surface modelling software.

Several different exterior shapes were created within this digital environment from which numerous images were created and presented to Triple-E until an agreeable shape was discovered.
