Produce accurate and detailed drawings:

We produce drawings to reflect critical product details that are used for manufacture.  They follow national standards and include image views, dimensions, notes, and a BOM (Bill of Material) list, just to identify a few features of many.

Our drawings can reflect a part, sub-assembly, or top level assembly and can comprise one or more sheets to proficiently illustrate the requirements of the finished product and the conditions to which the product must be manufactured.
 

Drawings are controlled by Revision and Issue numbers:
All drawings are controlled and any changes are applied with a Revision or Issue status record.  We apply our internal drawing number to each drawing regardless of whether the client provides their drawing number.  Most drawings have both numbers in the titleblock.

We will distribute the drawings to our client or we will issue them directly to our client's vendor.
 

Support files are provided to assist manufacturer:
Some drawings, particularly those of injection molded parts or sheet metal components will require peripheral files.  These may comprise a neutral solid file for an injection molding manufacturer, such as a STEP or IGES file, or a DXF of a flat sheet metal layout for the metal fabricator.  We provide all formats as required.
