Due to the time constraints imposed on this project and the fact that their staff were unavailable due to a full schedule, Vansco Electronics awarded the contract to Methods to proceed with the development of three VMM Test Enslosures for their sensitive electronic equipment.

These enclosures would be used to demonstrate the features of Vansco's electronic control systems to visiting customers and end-users and at Trade Shows.

So, the enclosure for each piece of electronic equipment had to be aesthetically appealing and cost effective to manufacture, and within a short time-frame.

Using 3D solid modeling software, we designed all metal components to fit precisely with their (Vansco's) electronic components.  All pertinent production drawings were generated and translated into a compatible format so that Vansco could open and print them using their electronic CAD software and their vendor could use the drawings and the electronic support DXF and neutral 3D CAD files from which components would be fabricated.
