Many products of simple and complex varieties, small and large, heavy and light, can lack efficiency of design that can adversely affect functionality and cost to manufacture.

Case in point, it was apparent through careful qualitative analysis that the wheel steering pillar, a large heavy fabricated tube that supports a large wheel to an agricultural sprayer, lacks efficient use of material and welds.

A redesign applying Lean principles, can reduce cutting, make bending efficient utilizing CNC breaking processes, and improve product strength.

Methods would continue with a quantitative comparative analysis to ensure that the new design IS an improvement over the previous design.

We can do this for any client regardless of the product type.
