Despite their large number of employees and experienced and skilled staff, Vansco Electronics did not have the available resources to proceed with the development of three VMM Test Enslosures for their sensitive electronic equipment.

These enclosures would be used to demonstrate the features of Vansco's electronic control systems.

So, the enclosure for each piece of electronic equipment had to be aesthetically appealing and cost effective to manufacture.

Working with their sheet metal vendors, Methods Technologies Services was commissioned to proceed with the development.

Using 3D solid modeling software, we designed all metal components to fit precisely with their (Vansco's) electronic components.  All pertinent production drawings were generated and translated into a compatible format so that Vansco could open and print them using their electronic CAD software.
