Develop mounting brackets for new Power Supply (circa 2022)

• Using 3D CAD models, design new metal brackets to accommodate a new power supply in an existing plastic enclosure.
• Generate manufacturing drawings.

Forensic Development of a new Bingo Blower (circa 2019)

• Conduct forensic analysis of a bingo blower machine to determine cause of dysfunctional behaviours, using the disciplines listed below.
  • Visual observation.
  • Acquisition of attributes particularly, pressure zone measurements.
  • Still photography of bingo machine operation.
  • Videography in normal speed and high-speed rates of bingo machine operation.
• Develop new components and redesign existing components to resolve all functional issues.
• Include consideration to fit, function, serviceability, and ease of manufacture and quick, accurate, and consistent assembly.
• Generate 3D solid models of the modified and new components, apply DFM (Design for Manufacture) principles, adding and adjusting features to eliminate manufacturing and assembly issues.

Development of a new Bingo Blower (circa 2005)

• Generate conceptual 3D solid models and photo-realistic images of a new bingo Blower.
• Design the new Blower using the approved 3D conceptual model, applying consideration to funtion, aesthetics, manufacturability, servicability, and economics (cost of manufacture).
• Procure the manufacture of prototypes and assist with assembly.
• Generate a manufacturing assembly document for use on the assembly line at Video King.
• Train Video King assembly personnel.
• Control quality of manufacture and implement quality standards through use of drawings and direct vendor intervention and training.
